after having damage from recent tornadoes, we hired MasterCraft Restorations to come in and strip off all our shingles and replace the roof. They did it all in one day and did a fantastic job when they left. The job site was immaculate. I would definitely recommend these folks and I plan to do anyone else that asked me who should be doing their roof I will recommend MasterCraft Restorations.
Mastercraft did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. A year later, I thought one of my shingles was loose (a false alarm). Tom, the owner, showed up promptly to check it out. Great service.

During these times its difficult to find a contractor that doesn't look for ways to pad extra costs on any work they provide. Tom was a pleasant surprise from Day 1 with my mothers roof. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable and clearly explained in full detail what my mother needed. No confusing lingo, no gimmicks, no fear tactics or pressure. He quoted her the cost of replacing a entire 2.5 story deteriorating 100+ year old slate roof with a new shingle roof. Not only was his quote extremely competitive, there was no surprise fees once the job was completed. He did call out some things could impact the cost once he starts working and inspects the wood but that was completely understood. I am not just overly amazed and satisfied with the work he provided but also the fact that he did not look for a opportunity to exploit or take advantage of the situation for his own personal gain. Tom clearly stands by his morals and ethics. I will use him in the future and would highly recommend him to your friends, family, and elderly loved ones as I know he will treat them right and do the excellent work that he stands by.
Mastercraft’s service was great! The woman scheduling was very helpful and had Tom come out to inspect and give a quote quickly. The roof was sealed the next day!
