Tom and his team were excellent. Came out the first day I called, fixed a piece of the gutter free, before I even agreed to the whole fix and were out quickly to fix the other issues we had. We have an old unique home with box gutters and a metal roof. Most places I called would not come out and those that did wouldn't quote me a price for what we needed. Tom had a fair quote right away and the work done quickly. Highly recommend.
After getting several quotes, we decided to use Master Craft Restorations to replace our roof. They were not the least expensive of the quotes, but we chose them because of the quality of their work and their warranty. They were able to deliver the materials two days after we asked them to do the work and replaced our entire roof the very next day. The roof looks great and it’s nice to be dry!
I was led to believe that I needed a new roof so I called Mastercraft and within two hours of my call Tom was here to inspect. Turns out we just needed a few shingles replaced and some flashing resealed. Big difference compared to the previous quote of needing a new roof. I was honored to do business with Tom and Mastercraft Restorations. Honesty goes a long way but truly you’ve got to meet this guy. Tom’s the kind of guy you never forget. The kind of guy that you feel like hugging more than shaking his hand when the job is done. I joked with him that it was an honor to give him my money and we both laughed. The thing is, I really meant it.
Excellent service! MasterCraft responded to my call within 30 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection. Tom arrived on time for the appointment. He inspected my roof and did not find any damages from wind as I had expected him to find. Tom is very knowledgeable, polite and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Highly recommend Tom and MasterCraft!
We called MasterCraft to help us finish up a big project we had taken on. We needed a professional touch at the end to make it look perfect.
