Do you need a new furnace? Don't wait like I did. Mine finally stopped working yesterday. I called Miami Heating & Cooling around 10am. They had equipment ordered and a crew set before the end of the day. They showed up at the house before 9am this morning. AND they had to drive to Dayton for one of the units. I had heat by 230. Besides a few odds and ends to wrap up tomorrow, they installed a brand new Bryant furnace and ac (need that too, may as well do it since they're here) in less than a day. Great work. Great install crew. I highly recommend calling Joe Sackenheim and his team for the best #hvac service in the area.
Once again Miami Heating/ Cooling to the rescue. I am a 71 year old Gigi raising my 8-year-old grandson totally alone. Our heat went out last night, quick phone call to your business, and I had a technician on the site by 9:30 a.m. . Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Glad to say as I am writing this I am sitting in a very warm house again.
When I was told that my new heat pump would be a valuable addition to my condo and it would also help with my utility bill, I have to admit that I was skeptical. I just received my bill and it was $85 less than last month. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Tony and the whole team that assisted in the installation.

Miami Heating and Cooling replaced one of the furnaces in my bank. Their employees all seemed very knowledgeable and professional. While maintaining good customer service they were still able to be down to earth and explained the system clearly that a novice like myself could understand. Joe, Darrell, Cash and Neitric were all friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend this company.
