Midtown Roofing Ohio is a low-end, untrustworthy and unethical contractor that claims to complete "700 roofs a year," but our experience has been abysmal.They forged my signature on an insurance check made out to me and told me they did it. They failed to follow the insurance company’s scope of work, and did not conduct a inspection of the roof replacement before requesting sign-off when the work was not complete. When the insurance company asked for photos, they told me to take photos myself to submit to the insurance company. When confronted, the owner resorted to bullying tactics, threatening to place a lien on my home, yet neither he nor his sales rep respond to inquiries from me or my insurance company. After finally acknowledging that forgery is illegal and engaging their lawyer, they initially agreed to refund our payment if we signed a Settlement Agreement that would prevent us from taking legal action. In response, we requested the agreement be mutually binding and included additional compensation for the three-month delay (and counting) they caused. Instead of honoring the agreement, Midtown reneged, leaving us no choice but to pursue litigation. Save yourself the stress, time, and legal troubles—do not do business with Midtown Roofing Ohio. There are loads of better contractors to work with. Choose wisely.
After we sustained some weather damage, we worked with Eric at Midtown Roofing and the process was smooth and Eric is very knowledgable. The work was done quickly and correctly. Eric and the team were very accommodating. Eric is responsive and easy to work with.

The crew at midtown came on time every day & ready to work ..I met with 3 other big roofing companies to inspect & bid on this 5000+ SF home…Eric at Midtown spent over an hour with me patiently going over the roof , my concerns, desires , opinions & ways to find the best solution..He made us feel comfortable that we made the right choice..I’m not gonna say everything was perfect but this is a real comment..Eric made sure that our concerns were taken care of in a quick manor with quality..the best part is they came in under budget..thousands of dollars less than everyone else without sacrificing quality..we’re very happy with Midtown roofing & would recommend them for sure..
Contacted my insurance company about a leak and they had Midtown Roofing come do the inspection. Once that was done and my insurance company approved the claim, Eric had us moving quickly and within a couple days we had the roofing team (led my Antonio) out here. Took them about a day and a half to do the whole roof, but they brought it up to current code and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Antonio and his crew were great. Eric made everything really easy.
