Molloy Roofing just finished our Condo Building and was very pleased with communication with Ted(Boss) Daniel (Team Leader) Diego ( helper). I recently had Molloy Roofing complete a roofing job on a rather large building. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the project from start to finish. To start, Kevin was so complete in his estimate, even contacting suppliers to be sure that the spec. I requested was in fact within manufacture limits. The estimate was given in a timely manner, and was the most competitive one we had. Daniel’s crew is the hardest working group I have ever seen. Arrived on time and worked until they had done what was required for the day, and cleaned up the entire site before leaving. Ted supervised the job, was on site every day and scheduled work around our needs for use of the building. It was obvious that doing the job correctly with the least interference with our daily operations was his primary objective. There were finishing details done that were not specified in the proposal because as he said, “ it just makes it look better” which translates to me as, it’s the right thing to do. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Molloy Roofing will be my go to Roofing Company for any future roofing needs. Lee
Molloy handled our roofing job extremely well from the beginning to the end. Eric Cane came to our home immediately after our tree accident and did some temporary repair work, which prevented water damage to the house. The subsequent roofing job by Ted McCane and Daniel’s team were also timely and with high quality. Overall we were very happy with Molloy’ work and would recommend the company without reservation.
I’ll preface this review by stating our family has used Molloy Roofing for over 40 years. Through all the changes over time, the one thing that hasn’t changed is the QUALITY of their workmanship!! We couldn’t be happier with our new roofs! While the look is outstanding, the employees attention to detail is unrivaled. The personal we dealt (Eric, estimator; Ted, Residential Foreman; Daniel, Crew Leader and is crew) were professional and extremely courteous during the entire project. We would highly recommend Molloy’s to anyone!!!
