James and Keith worked on our front porch roof and did a fantastic job. James kept me in the loop of what they were doing, the damage and remedy to restore our roof. Then Ted came to inspect the work. He was very engaging and thorough. We have been customers of Molloy for sometime and have always been pleased with their work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ted did a great job from quote through final quality control. Very personable. Dan and his team also did a great job installing our roof, respecting our property, and with final clean-up. No surprises. Ted found and worked some minor issues which we would not have known, and worked with Dan to resolve them. Good team effort all around - from phone contacts to service. Have used Molloy for repairs in the past, so when we decided to replace the roof, they were #1 on our list.

Molloy Roofing just finished our Condo Building and was very pleased with communication with Ted(Boss) Daniel (Team Leader) Diego ( helper). These guys work very hard to get the job done and at the end of the day they clean up nicely. I would recommend this business as they are very attentive to homeowners needs. Thank you Molloy!

I recently had Molloy Roofing complete a roofing job on a rather large building. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the project from start to finish. To start, Kevin was so complete in his estimate, even contacting suppliers to be sure that the spec. I requested was in fact within manufacture limits. The estimate was given in a timely manner, and was the most competitive one we had. Daniel’s crew is the hardest working group I have ever seen. Arrived on time and worked until they had done what was required for the day, and cleaned up the entire site before leaving. Ted supervised the job, was on site every day and scheduled work around our needs for use of the building. It was obvious that doing the job correctly with the least interference with our daily operations was his primary objective. There were finishing details done that were not specified in the proposal because as he said, “ it just makes it look better” which translates to me as, it’s the right thing to do. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Molloy Roofing will be my go to Roofing Company for any future roofing needs. Lee
