I know it seems petty to post a review 4 years after the service but I truly did not know how badly it was done until now.
In 2020, I contracted Mr Roof to reflash my chimney. For almost $2K, I expected it to be all flashed and done well. The top was never done at all, and the bottom was very sloppy. Mismatched cement/sealant all over.
I had a new roof replaced this month due to the Hurricane damage. The drone photos showed me how badly Mr Roof did my job. I'll attach before and after photos. Gray roof is old/Mr Roof. Black roof is the new contractors cleaning up their mess.

Mr. Roof did an amazing job with my roof and gutters. Professional at every phase.
Victor is very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand what was going to take place. Doug was my contact after the job was finished and he was very friendly. He made sure everything was done properly and to my liking. The installers were efficient, timely and tidy. I'm contacting Mr. Roof when I replace my windows and siding after this experience.

Thank you Mr Roof for the excellent placement on my Roof. From the first time I met James whom walked me through the complete process for a replacement of my roof. His professionalism with explaining the whole process certainly helped me to make the decision to have Mr Roof replace my roof. And also, having complete communications and follow ups with Doug also helped me with all my question that I had. I was completely satisfied with my experience that they offered me. Thank you again to the team at Mr Roof.

I've had a reoccurring leak in my bedroom. I was hoping Mr. Roof would be a company that could actually fix it this time, but I guess I was wrong. I also want to preface this by mentioning when the roof was initially examined by them, they told me my whole roof needed replacing (which would be way more expensive of course). Which I found weird, because a large amount of the shingles had been replaced prior to me moving in a few years ago. I had a claim adjustor for my insurance company take a look, and they mentioned that the roof was fine. They told me that I just needed the shingles replaced that were causing the problem. So now, I'm already apprehensive with working with Mr. Roof. Back in early February, they fixed the leak by replacing shingles that were the cause of the problem. A month later, the ceiling in the bedroom is leaking again. They come back and fix it again with no additional charge. So I thought, great! The first roofing company (Bone Dry Roofing) that "fixed" this leak wanted to charge me again, after their work lasted only one year to the data of them fixing it initially. So I thought I was getting great service. Now it's the end of September, and the leak is back. I don't what it is with roofers in Cincinnati. But I'm starting to think no one here can fix a leak if their life depended on it.

A longer review is on Facebook, but the short version is that the responsibility was put on me, the customer, to note any issues. The first day they came out, they damaged a portion of the rake board on one corner of the house (I was later informed the wood was in poor condition, but that was only after I had reached out to the project manager several times to fix it), and also bent a gutter we had not planned to replace. They did replace the gutter, but the section of rake board was an ongoing battle. Not to mention that I was never notified of damage that happened or issues they noted while they were up on the roof or near the gutters, it was only addressed when I reached out to ask about what they intended to do to correct their damage.
When billing called regarding the second half of my payment, I raised these concerns and asked if someone could contact me to discuss. Weeks passed and this never happened. The next time I heard from them was from billing AND our salesman stating I was asking for work outside of the contract and threatening to send me to collections. I explained the situation and provided all photos and details, and suddenly the office called to schedule someone to look at it and do what they could. Not once did I receive any apology, nor did they take ownership of any mistake on their part. I’m glad we are selling this home so that I never have to deal with the company again as I have little faith in their willingness to address anything should a warranty issue occur.
