We needed our furnaced serviced , Humidifier repaired and had them check for an unusual noise from the furnace. Tyler arrived, on time and fixed the humidifier not working and serviced the furnace. Of course the furnace would not make the noise while he was here but he did lubricate things that he suspected might be the problem.
Three weeks ago Kirk came to our home to replace a part on the furnace humidifier. After the work was completed, he told us he had used his last invoice at the prior call. He told us that he would email us an invoice. I gave him our email with the check and he left. I have repeatedly sent emails requesting an invoice and to this day I have not heard one word from him! I don't uny how someone who seemed so professional could blow us off like this.
We were very impressed with Kirk and his team. They installed a new AC unit, lines to the house, and a new coil for us, which included retrofitting the poles to attach to the house. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their price was the lowest among the five companies I called to compare, and they were able to come out quickly. The day of the job, they were very pleasant, professional, and did a great job cleaning everything up before leaving.
My heater died on Monday morning, so I submitted a request through Angie's List, and Kirk with New Climate was the first to call. I'm glad he did! They worked hard to diagnose the issue, and went the extra mile to keep costs down, even calling the heater manufacturer to see if my parts were under warranty. When things cost a bit more than expected (turned out the part that was bad was one of the more expensive parts), he was willing to work with me on a payment plan. The kindness, professionalism, and level of care I received from Kirk and Garrett through this process was something I definitely did not expect. When the parts store was closed for the evening, rather than having us pay the high price of purchase for after-hours parts, they lent us a couple of heaters for my kids' rooms so they'd be comfortable overnight. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, and next time, I won't bother using Angie's List - I'll be calling New Climate!
Since moving to the area a few years ago, I have found Kirk at New Climate. He has been great! Prices are always competitive. He goes out of his way to ensure that you're happy with the product and install. He doesn't try to be a pushy salesman like some of these other companies. He has always been responsive and quick to get any work done that is needed. Can't recommend him enough and will always use him in the future!
