Had a dripping shower and we tried to replace the cartridge. Ended up busting the fixture due to ring being seized up Originally scheduled emergency service but Nixco had a cancellation and was able to put new shower valve in quickly and without damaging tiles (enemy thru other side of wall). This is my third or forth time using Nixco for plumbing needs and every experience has been five star
Had a broken water heater today and upon calling, Nixco promptly sent someone out! Mr. McClure came in and knew exactly what to do, he also helped educate me a bit on the way it all works! They were quick to fix, and also very considerate with the new carpet when removing the old appliance. From beginning to end, it was excellent service. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
I whole-heartedly recommend Nixco. We had need for a new water heater and sump pump. We wanted a heat pump water heater, which is still not a super-popular option in this area, but the team was familiar with them and did a beautiful install. The team was professional, courteous, quick, and kept things nice and clean (shoe covers, etc). That would have been enough to give high marks. But they went above and beyond. We have some health concerns and requested that the team wear masks while in our house (we provided them with masks). There were no questions asked, and they even made sure to get enough to give another person who was delivering the heater. This was an incredible bonus on top of the already great experience.
Highly recommend Nixco Plumbing. I made the call yesterday & the person I spoke to tried to fit me the same day. Nathan & Mason came today. They were quick to diagnose & resolve the leak in our ceiling. They were professional, personable and conscientious. They went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the good results.
Russ did a wonderful job for Nixco Plumbing! We are upgrading our 30 year old kitchen with new granite counters - replacing the sink and faucet sets with modern ones. Russ came the day before counter install to disconnect everything and remove and set aside the disposal. He came back bright and early at 8AM the day after the stone people finished to install and test everything to make our kitchen operational again. On disconnect day he also fixed a basement sink drain issue and serviced our water heater. He was on time both days and workmanship was excellent. Price was a good value for the work done. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing and Russ. I will call them first when I need additional work done.
