We have done business with Overhead Roofing for over 20 years. They put a 2nd layer on our original roof & then have recently done a tear off and installed a new roof. During the in between times when we had roofing needs, they were very responsive. I am a Real Estate Agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors and because of my personal great experience with Overhead Roofing, I suggested that they become a part of Sibcy Cline Home Services (our preferred vendors) . Now my clients are experiencing the same success that I have know. That's Overhead Roofing!!

Two years ago, our house suffered wind damage to the siding on the gable of our house. We called Overhead Roofing. They replaced all the aluminum with vinyl siding on the gable. The replacement siding last 11 months. We called and notified overhead roofing and reminded them of the warranty on replacements (one year) and the siding needed repair. Overhead Roofing claimed that it was a repair and not a replacement (even though they removed all the aluminum siding!), thus refusing to repair the replaced vinyl siding without a cost. The contractor installed vinyl siding with screws and not nails, and left a considerable gap between the vinyl and the brick. They will dance around lingo in their contract to avoid warranties. Find another roofing and siding contractor that's more reliable and dependable. I do not recommend Overhead Roofing.

Overhead Roofing refused to let me get the full information about my own roof's shingle replacement from the previous owner. Most roofing companies have a policy in which you can get this information with no problem, but they flat-out refused.

This company wasted our time and money. They over promised and didn't deliver. We were told they could fix the leak on our roof and if it wasn't fixed, they would keep coming back until it was. After 5 trips to our house it was still leaking. When we called to see what it would cost to replace the whole roof and make the part that was leaking flat, we were told they couldn't do a flat roof. The receptionist was incredibly rude, & when we asked "what do we do from here? We paid you to fix it and it's not." she told us it's only 95% guarantee and the money we paid to fix it was postponing the inevitable. But it was never fixed nor postponed and seemed to have caused more damage than had we left it alone. Not at all apologetic nor was any effort made to try to keep our business & work something out. Rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough to know when a roof needs replaced and cannot be fixed.

Everything was going well until the rain hit, with too much bare roof exposed there was major damage in the room below from all the water. Found out this company had no covered roof insurance and my insurance company took the hit for all the costs of the repair. Make sure any company you employ has ALL the necessary insurance including COVERED ROOF.
