Without checking the breaker that had been tripped, replaced a capacitor for a total bill of over $880. And actually laughed at how much their company charges for service calls while he was writing up the bill. I would never recommend them.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, professional and reasonable HVAC Peak fills all of the above. From my experience with Chris ( owner) who patiently detailed his recommendations/costs to the friendly and experienced installation people led by Rick I was more than impressed and satisfied. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

We heard a terrible scraping noise, took a video with sound, called Peak, sent the video, and they came right out and fixed it! Coldest day of the year and our furnace wasn’t working. They were able to fix it within an hour and a half of my calling! Great service.

I called Peak to come check out my boiler, there was water by the pilot light when I went to clean it & start it at the beginning of winter. They found a crack, so it needed to be replaced. Chuck & the team at Peak was able to get me a good price & installed it quickly. They were friendly & responsive every step of the way. They even left my basement cleaner than they found it.

At first I could not praise this company enough, my furnace went out right as we got snow and they had someone out at my house the next day. To make it even better they told me they could replace the furnace the following day after the tech realized it needed to be replaced. The real issue I had was the total lack of communication I got afterwards. I got no call when they were on the way to replace the furnace and no update that it was ever completed while I was at work. I had to call myself for any update of any kind, they wasted no time calling me several times the Monday after it was installed to get the bill paid but I hadn't even received the invoice I was told I would get nor did I ever receive the estimate to get central air put in this spring. I had to have them come back out after finding several holes in the cold air return ducting that they just left and once again got NO communication when they were on the way or when they completed the patch..
