Jon was very knowledgeable and made quick work finding a crack in one of our refrigerant lines on our outdoor unit. He Got it brazed and recharged and working in a timely manner. It was a pleasure watching him work. I recommend peak for anyone needing HVAC services .

I chose Peak Heating & Air after evaluating their bid for a new heating and air system against five other HVAC contractors. Their price was the best and they installed everything as expected. The install process was smooth, and they took special care to understand my request to free up space so I could more easily access space in my furnace room and now I can even get to the filter without trying to squeeze it into a tight space. Their employees were professional and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the Daikin system they installed for me, and it is whisper quiet (my neighbors should've chipped in on this because they will no longer hear the outdoor unit running). This is the most important equipment purchase you will ever make for your home. You are missing an opportunity to save money and get impressive equipment if you do not get a quote from Peak.
Jon was the Peak Heating and Air Service technician who installed a new dryer vent for us. He was so professional, skilled, and answered all my questions. He went over and above cleaning up the dust afterwards from changing out old dryer hose. He greeted my 2 year old son and was friendly. Brett who scheduled the appointment over the phone was also efficient and friendly. I got a full explanation and accurate price quote before the service and a courtesy reminder call before service appointment. A+ complete process, very happy with service. In past, Peak installed my hvac system, Rick replaced one boot duct that had rust hole, and Kevin has done seasonal maintenance, all done with care and excellence. Consistently great service and communication.
