We had an amazing experience with Call Now. Casey, Brad, Dustin and Kelcie were all a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this team more highly. After years of having HVAC issues on our home, I called Call Now for a second opinion. Not only was their assessment quick and accurate, their price far exceeded competitors. Brad came to my house on multiple occasions to evaluate and explain everything to me. He was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could tell he was very invested in his work and wanting to do right by me as a customer. He and his team worked tirelessly for 6 days to replace our HVAC system. I had his cell phone number at all times for any questions or concerns. Brad and Dustin made what could be considered a painful home repair a very pleasant experience. These are honest, hard working professionals who are very good at what they do and I'm so thankful I found them!
My experience has been great! I had a whole home humidifier, and purifier installed and I'm very happy with the quality snd service I received. Brad was very helpful productive, professional, and kind. I'll definitely be using Phoenix comfort services in the future!

Our new HVAC system wasn’t wired correctly when installed, so we called Phoenix. They were able to schedule us sooner than we expected and Brad arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. Very courteous and professional. Will use Phoenix again for sure!
