Mask on, Brett showed up as agreed and got right to work after patiently answering a couple of questions and speaking with my homeowner's warranty folks. Dealt with the clogged drain, and made sure the clog wasn't just pushed far enough to make the job appear done, but that the main line was clear as well. Proficient and professional, making sure I knew I could follow up if I had further concerns. Plum Perfect is a permanent addition to my contacts list!

Two thumbs up for customer service! I called plumb perfect for an estimate for slow toilet drains. I got a call back at 8am the next morning and Kevin offered to stop by our place within the hour to check it out. The problem was not a plumbing issue but rather an age issue of the toilets and there was no charge. I so appreciate his honesty when he could have easily run the lines anyway just for the money. He even gave us a few tips to help with our slow toilets. I'll be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future!

On time perfect service. Faulty Part, returned for exchange and plumber returned 3 days later to install. All working great. Its always nice to have a number to call when in need. Not searching around.
