I had a great experience with John and his apprentice. After a quick examination of the plumbing issues in our master bathroom, they clearly explained the issues and what needed to be done to fix. Very straightforward. They also gave me some useful recommendations on how to avoid these problems in the future. Reasonable pricing.
The technician Austin was on time, polite and laid out the options to video the main sewer line. This is a rental property in Deer Park. We ended up with plan B. That involved a second appt which was 2 days later. Got a timely follow up phone call from him to meet my tenant. The report was very satisfactory. The service was impeccable!
