Rod & his team were wonderful! Very professional and the work was completed on time and exactly as promised. The work area was left clean and tidy and all old equipment was taken away for us. Our a/c stopped working a couple of days ago, as soon as @Prefferedhomecomfortandheating opened yesterday morning, someone was out here within a couple of hours. Our a/c compressor locked up, and the home owners before us had the a/c and furnace over 20 years and it was time to have it replaced. They came this morning and replaced both. Rod, Keith, and Alex went above and beyond for our family! They were all very professional! It works and looks amazing! Lauren at the office, was so nice and any questions and concerns took care of it and got back with me within a few minutes!! So happy that we went through this company, especially with being first time home buyers! I would recommend this company to anyone and will always be going through them!

3 years ago I used Rob and preferred heating and air conditioning to install a brand new system in my home. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. The price was extremely good. Also. I recently needed to contact Rob to have a repair made and he was super responsive and very helpful and getting the repair done under warranty. I couldn't be happier with their service and recommend them to everyone that I can.
