Two weeks ago, the Air Conditioner was not operating properly. The weather was in the upper 80's with high humidity. I came home from work and noticed the house wasn't cool, though the air conditioner fan was operating. I spent 30 minutes looking over the AC Unit but couldn't figure out the problem. I placed a call to Preferred Home Comfort and spoke with Rod Stacy. Rod was able to stop by the house in one hour, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and repaired the AC Unit. My family was very grateful and satisfied by the prompt emergency service.
