I experience an issue with a blocked kitchen disposal/ sink drain on Thursday evening, December 5. A friend recommended I contact Don with Preferref Plumbing in Morrow. I contacted them and they were at my home early afternoon on Friday December 6. Extremely professional and very experienced. Don was able to clear the drain in addition to addressing bathroom vanity drain issue and replace parts in three toilets. All the plumbing issues that day were resolved correctly the first time and I had no need to have them return like I have experienced with past plumbers. The price was the best and was very reasonable! I will refer others and continue to use Preferred Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Don and Donnie.
Donnie was great! I gave him a call after calling two other plumbers (who never showed up or responded after my initial call), and he showed up the same day!! He installed a water faucet outside way quicker then I expected and his pricing was very fair. His work was very neat and well put together. Preferred Plumbing will always have our business!
Don was extremely helpful for my husband and I. We’re first time homeowners who had some issues with a battery backup sump pump and Don came to our rescue. After calling around to find a plumber Don was the only one who called us back and quick at that! He talked us through a fix and it worked; we are so grateful for his knowledge help and patience during that 20 minute phone call. Don answered the phone and came out same day and replaced the cartridge in our master bath. He was very personable and knowledgeable and price was extremely fair. If you want an honest and personable plumber, Don is your guy! He will definitely be our go to guy for all plumbing needs!
Don was great and was very reasonably priced. I told him what some of the big name plumbing companies quoted me and he literally laughed out loud. Being a single female I feel like most contractors will charge outrageous amounts because they think I will pay whatever. Don is not like this he is an honest and trust worthy man. When I ever need any plumbing jobs in the future he will be the first guy I call.
