I had a fantastic experience with Primo! Their response time was incredibly quick, and they efficiently resolved the issue with my siding. They even found the other area that I didn't notice and fixed it as well!! The team was professional, courteous, and skilled at their craft. I just want to thank Jamie and his crew for the great job they did on our new roof. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and at a very competitive price. In fact the cost was much less than other quotes we got. His team was very dedicated to the job they did and the yard was very clean at the end of the job I would recommend them to others. Due to insurance we had a short 2 week window to get a new roof on our house. James came out to our home the day after I called (would’ve been the day I called but I was at work); Despite the snowstorm we had gotten that night he showed up as expected(on Friday)and was able to look at our roof and determine the work and materials we needed. James helped us with our financing needs & shingle color selection and we had a new roof the NEXT BUSINESS DAY(Monday). The crew got it done and cleaned up EVERYTHING, you can’t even tell they were here. I was referred to Primo Exteriors through their previous customers and I will be referring them to anyone I know as well. Thanks again!
