BEWARE - If you have a larger, expensive home. DO NOT hire Primo Exteriors, LLC. to install your siding. I wish I could put pictures up with the review. Besides the horrbile seams throughtout the entire house. There are more than 5 seams separating on the one side, wider than width of almost 2 fingers. Worse, a rep. from the supplier of the product (which wasn't cheap) came out and told me, that according to the manufacturer, we should not be noticing any seams. James has a excellent crew led by Jesus and based on reviews, should stick too installing gutters. Extremely disappointed in end results and worse how this situation is being handled. Which as of this posting (2 weeks from notification) we have no idea what is going to be done to fix our home, make it right, and get what we paid for.
I highly recommend Primo! James was at my house within minutes of my call. He was kind, professional and quickly gave us an estimate and installation date for a new gutter and downspout. His crew was prompt and efficient, finishing the job quickly. I would definitely use Primo again.
Highly recommend! We had Primo Exteriors replace our vinyl siding with Hardie Board siding, new soffit and gutters. James was very helpful as we were making our decisions with color and style for the house. He met with us multiple times and answered all our questions. The install team was professional and meticulous. Not only does our house look great, they left our yard and patio cleaner than when they started. This is an excellent small business, good value and an all around great group of guys to do business with.
Primo did an amazing job on my siding replacement and gutters! It looks so nice and is great on the eyes when driving into the driveway!
