    Very professional & courteous on the phone. They quickly sent out a technician at my property with no working heat (SAME DAY) with no extra "emergency" charges. My tech Alex was Great! Friendly and patient w/ me, he quickly & accurately diagnosed my problem. He found the part needed (new motor) and wisked away to pick it up & Install motor. Total visit took maybe an hour and half. Really appreciate the swiftness of appointment and Tech Alex being so awesome to work with! Highly recommended. I will definitely be using for future needs!

    Nate and Kevin came to install a Honeywell whole house humidifier and a programmable thermostat. They were clean prompt and professional. Nathan went over the system when he was finished installing it. He was patient showing me how to use the app to operate the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that I received.

    I had a great experience buying my new furnace and air conditioner from Quality Comfort. I totally made the right choice. From the sales associate to the front end office staff, they replied quickly and courteously, and answer any questions I had. I loved how they introduced me to who was coming before their arrival. Such a personal touch that I’ve never seen from any other company I’ve done business with. The sales associate and the installers who came were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The installers cleaned up the area nicely and put liners on top of my carpet to protect my carpet. When finished, they also followed through to make sure everything was done correctly and working, and to make sure I was satisfied. Also, to show their appreciation for me being a valued customer. So far Quality Comfort has far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them!

    I called about thawing my frozen pipes. A technician was sent out. I was told nothing can be done and I had to wait for the weather to warm up. Why send someone out to do nothing. I called around and was 3 days without water and I missed 3 days of work. Another company took a while to come out. However, they thawed it, put on insulation on the pipes and complete an issue I had with the hot water tank for half the price I had been quoted. The technician from Quality Comfort was nice and friendly. The problem was I could not get any projects completed. Very disappointed.

    Very Disappointed and frustrated. Wrong product installed, poor customer service at install, multiple trips to fix, and missed follow up contact. Company refuses to offer compensation for issues aside from their maintenance plan. We initially had Quality Comfort come out to replace our furnace and air conditioning. It was after that installation that we noticed our ductwork was making noise when the new furnace turned on and off. We had them come back out to trouble shoot this issue and were told that we needed to replace some ductwork to eliminate the noise and had this installed on 12-13. There were multiple issues with the installation. When the installers finished, they told my wife that they smelled gas from our water heater. They did not offer to fix this issue, they only turned the gas off and told my wife to contact someone to fix it. The installers did not test the system after performing the work before leaving, and the parts they installed actually made the problem much worse. We contacted the company through their web page that night, Friday, to be told they would reach out on Monday. The gas line in question was installed by Quality Comfort when the furnace was replaced. When we were contacted on Monday we were told by the Install Manager that the installers did not perform the install correctly, as they had not used the correct parts. We had to reschedule another install for the manager to come out and completely redo the job. When he was finished, the original issue of noise coming from the duct work still happened. Which required another appointment, this time for the service manager to come out and add more parts trying to eliminate the problem. When compensation was finally discussed, we were only offered a free year of their service plan, which I refused because I have at this point lost complete faith in this company. At this point, we feel scammed. The recommended fix which we paid for did not correct the problem, the install team that first came out failed to test their work before leaving and left us worried about a gas leak. If we didn’t call back complaining I don’t believe that we would have been notified that the installers did not install the correct parts. I have missed a full day’s work so that I could supervise the two extra trips to fix these problems because my wife is uncomfortable with them. And I am still waiting for them to contact me to discuss compensation for these issues after I have called back multiple times.
