Excellent company and great customer service! I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned about a week ago and I can truly say that I’ve already noticed a positive change in the air quality of my home. Kenneth was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explained to me how each process worked. Great communication and the estimate I was given was spot on! Quality comfort did a great job installing an electric water heater. Kyle did an great job on providing information and he did a great install. They also have a great maintenance contract if you choose a 5 or 10 year contact. Ryan also followed up the next day to make sure that we were satisfied.
I got my duct work cleaned as well as a new furnace and air conditioner installed by quality comfort and everyone from the sales folks to installers were awesome. Super friendly and professional. Had a concern with the furnace a month later and they came right out to check everything out and reassure me that everything was running smoothly! Can't beat this locally owned and operated business.
We had a wonderful experience!! Our air wasn’t working and someone was here the next morning. John was super knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong, go over the two options, and give me detailed price comparisons. I know nothing about AC/heat, and he was patient with me, and gave me the necessary details to make my decision easier. The fix he performed did the job and our air is working wonderfully now! We noticed our AC was out on a 95° day around 4:30pm. Amanda quickly connected me to the right people and help was on the way. Shayla was awesome! Shayla kept up great communication until the tech Ryan arrived. Of course my AC is particular and needs a part that isn’t on the truck but, next day repair was scheduled. Despite it being an add on at the end of Ryan’s day (or so I assume), Ryan arrived eager to find the repair option that suited my family best. I’ll never call anyone else for my HVAC needs. Job well done team!
