Fantastic customer service and quality of work for a family run operation. I was selling a property and needed some very minor work done and it had to be done by a plumber per the purchase contract. Scheduling an appointment was done easily and once Paul arrived, he had unclogged the bathtub and fixed leaking washing machine valves quickly. But the story doesn’t end there. My buyer insisted on washing machine valve replacement after a prior experience. Paul went to bat for me on the issue the there was nothing wrong with the current valve. I lost that battle with the buyer and needed Paul to replace the valves. Keeping the customers interest in mind Paul spent several hours sourcing the correct ball valves that fit the present setup with cutting holes in the wall and running up the bill. Again, fantastic service and quality of work. Highly recommend. I know I’ll be calling back for my future needs. Thanks Rader and Son!
Paul showed up in the time window as promised to replace a faulty pressure reducing valve. At completion when turning the water back on, the valve handle which was corroded snapped off. He had to shut the water to the house off and replaced the worn ball valve, All solder joints were neat and clean. Paul tested everything and was very professional and personable. Rader and sons were recommended to me by a plumber I have used before but was out of town on vacation. I.thought the amount charged was very fair. I highly recommend Rader and sons.
