We have used Rebisso for many years. I should have written a review long before now. They are quick to respond and always do a great job. Steve usually comes over and he really knows his stuff and he gives you his honest opinion. When the work is complete he leaves and says you get a bill in the mail. That's the old fashioned way of doing business and I love it. I always recommend Rebisso whenever anyone is looking for plumbing work.
We purchased our house in 1980 and was referred to Mr. Steve Oakley at Rebisso Plumbing as the company who had installed the heating system when the home was built in 1960. We're so glad we found him. We have never had anyone else work on our system and have always been impressed with Mr. Oakley's knowledge and ability. He always takes such good care of us and is always fair. Our gratitude and highest recommendation.
Steve is a miracle worker. I've had 3 other companies out for a clogged bathroom sink, none of which could do anything or were not willing to keep at it. 45 minutes here and he had my old galvanized pipe opened up again. A big name company wasn't so Jolly to work with and wanted to charge me $2300 or more to replace the line. Steve also gave me the name of another plumbing company if I wanted to replace the line that is reasonable with their rates. Thanks again Steve and Rebisso plumbing!!
By default Rebisso plumbing was sent to my house after another company had caused a problem. they came they were very prompt very nice answered all questions thoughtfully and without hesitation. Some folks have attitude when you're asking them questions or trying to get information about why things are being done certain ways he was patient answered the questions and was very thorough. as an afterthought as well he realized that he had forgot to turn a valve back on called me immediately I knew exactly what valve it was and was able to get it back on very good service I would recommend.
owner/secretary was VERY RUDE from the moment she answered the phone. She told me she was too busy to be fooling around with me when I had a few questions to ask. She also hung up on me 3 different times on 2 separate occasions. If you want business done, speak to Steven only!! he also needs to hire a new secretary!
