The only good thing about Rotorouter is that they’re available in an emergency. They don’t seem to care an ounce about customer service. We had a clean out and a liner installed last July which cost over $20k. Last week to our surprise our plumbing backs up. Turns out when they installed the liner, they neglected to tell us that the main cast iron pipe would also need to be replaced. This cost us another $10k. They told us they were “cutting us a deal” and at the time it was an emergency situation so we didn’t have the luxury of shopping around. We were forced to pay upfront and were told the work would start the next day (5/24). That day comes and nobody shows up, so we calm dispatch and they tell us someone will be out within the next three days and that they cannot give us an estimate but that the delivery driver would call when they are on the way. They showed up unexpectedly on Memorial Day, at 8am without calling. Told us the work would be completed in 3 hours, and that they’d have to remove a block of sidewalk along the house. It ended up taking them several hours longer than they had said and on top of that they did a terrible patch job. Definitely not happy with my experience.

Tommy was absolutely incredible and deserves infinite stars! He would not give up on fixing my clog! The clog and flooded basement came out of nowhere for me and Tommy provided a butt load of knowledge to me and treated me with such respect and honesty. I could not give a higher recommendation than I am right here right now.

First off, our plumber Dylan did an incredible job. He worked hard and was very communicative with us throughout the process so we knew what was going on in a complex plumbing problem. He diagnosed the issued and was very professional. We’d absolutely hire Dylan to service our home again. Secondly, Roto Rooter was able to help us at 4pm on a Sunday when no other plumbers were operating without crazy surcharges. Overall, a very happy customer.

Today we had Roto-Rooter come out an unstop our drain line going from in-front of the garage to our back yard...over 100ft. Nick came first and after observing the problem and talking to us, recommend that we "Jet" the drain to free it up. After we agreed, August showed up within an hr or so. Likewise he got all the details from us and surveyed the problem, which took him into the woods behind our house (it was wet and pretty dense but that didn't prevent August from checking it out). He explained everything in detail then got to work. The drain was cleared up within 30 minutes or so. We were very impressed with both Nick and August. They were professional and explained everything in detail. If you have a tough plumbing job, I recommend Roto Rooter and hopefully someone like Nick or August comes out.

Initially, was pleased with the work and professionalism of all involved. Work was completed on time and efficiently. The issues came when the crew ignored an auxiliary pipe off the main line that after spending quite a bit, stated that would need to be another job. No one followed up on this issue despite multiple attempts from me reaching out and it is still unresolved
