Craig came through to work on my ancient porcelain throne. He diagnosed and fixed the faulty part quickly, keeping me well informed along the way. Now she flushes like the day she came home. Craig was super polite and helpful. A+ service, thanks!

I had to have 3 Roto-Rooter workers to my house to do different jobs the same day. (Long day) Brad came out and did a great job cleaning out (jetting I think) the pipes. He took his time and did a great job. He was very informative just like the other 2. If you have to have anything done I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

Craig came to the house same day we called for service. The issue was assessed, he went and got the things he needed and fixed the problem! So far, so good! I’m not sure what’s considered a good price for the work that was done, but I would assume anything under $200 is a good deal.
