Matt Turner spent almost 2 hours on my outside basement sink well and sump drainage. Crushed pipe,👎🏻😩but diverted water away from my house and cleaned sink well. Provided pipe to divert water also. Hard working young man

Our technician Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very competent. He took care of our problem and explained the overall problem and any actions we should consider for a more permanent fix. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for drain problems.

Our plumber, Nicholas, did an awesome job, he got here about 30 minutes after we called to schedule to have our shower drain unclogged, i fully expected it to be days before anything could be scheduled. He gave us a good price on it, was super nice, and knew pretty quickly what was going on. Seemed like it took a lot of effort to get it fixed, he was in there working consistently for a bit to get it draining. Highly recommend ❤️
