I was very satisfied with the service I received and the quick response time too. Nicholas did a great job! He predicted exactly what the problem would be based upon my description, and he resolved the issue in under an hour. They got a major root system out of my drain and everything flows well.

We were in desperate need of someone to take a look at our pipes. With all of the rain and snow we’ve had this year water was backing up into our house leaving us unable to use our bathroom and none of our other local plumbers were able to help. Calling roto rooter was the BEST decision as they were able to send help the day I called. The call center staff and the technician were super nice and helpful and we even got text messages alerting us of when to expect our technician Matthew. I can not thank them enough for fixing the issue but also educating us and talking us through the process. Thank you !!!!
