The Rusk team was professional from the walk-thru and estimate to the completion of the work. Very timely in getting things done, great product (we had the entire HVAC system replaced) and competitive price. Customer service was great. I highly recommend the folks at Rusk!
We experienced AC problems on a Friday night and left a message. We were called back Saturday morning and the tech was here by about 10 AM. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repairs. The AC was up and running before noon. Overall, we were treated fairly and they do good work. We are very satisfied with Rusk.

Rusk was wonderful! I had called late Sunday night when my a/c went out and left a voicemail. The next morning I received a phone call back as soon as they opened and was able to schedule a technician to come out same day. Ron arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem within the hour. It was fair pricing for the work completed. I would recommend giving them a call for any HVAC need!
