Rusk techs are always timely, professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to the customer. Their annual service plan has ensured that I’ve had everything working well in all seasons. When it’s time to replace something, they are honest and reasonably priced. I appreciate this great local company.
We’ve worked with several HVAC companies over the years and Rusk is by far the best. Rusk installed our current heat pump and it has been problem free and efficient. The technician who has done our recent seasonal services is very thorough, clean, professional and polite. He is always sure that any questions we have are answered and that all is in order when he is finished. I highly recommend this company.
I have never used a locksmith before but this guy had good reviews and was also the cheapest price I found for being locked out. He helped me a ton, answered all my stuff and even offered some suggestions of what I could try to save some money. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. He came out to us quickly and got us back into our car and even offered to make us a spare key. Everything about this was awesome and I will only use these guys if I am ever in this situation again.

Our business, Professional Properties, uses Rusk Heating and Cooling for all of our HVAC repairs and/or new units that were damaged by water or fire. They do an excellent job for us! I have also used them for my home and they show up on time and are very courteous to all of our homeowners who need their services. We have never had a complaint about them at all! They are excellent!
