Schibi has been a great company for heating and cooling services! A few years ago our furnace went out when it was below zero outside. It was amazing how quickly they helped fix our heat. We recently had a new air conditioner installed, and again the service was top notch. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

In the past 8 months Schibi has done two installations in my home. They replaced my old oil-fired furnace with a natural gas furnace/heat pump, and they installed a mini-split unit to heat and cool an upstairs space. The installation crews were, in both cases, courteous and professional. The equipment they installed has been trouble-free. Their office staff is responsive and flexible in scheduling. I'm quite satisfied and I feel confident that they will respond promptly and fairly should there ever be a need for any follow-up service. Well done, Schibi!

I have been a Schibi customer for years and always recommend them to friends. This time it was more personal...my son received a quote from a competitor after being told that his HVAC system wasn't going to last much longer. They gave a bid of 15-25 thousand for a 1000 square foot home. I called Schibi the next day and they sent out a technician to assess the system & he said while the system was older, it was still working fine. He provided service to the air conditioning for 140 dollars. Also gave a soft quote for 1/3 - 1/2 the cost of the competitor. Schibi proved once again that they KNOW how to treat their customers and place honesty & integrity before anything else. Huge thanks to Michelle & Mike.

I had an appointment scheduled the previous day. Let me know I would be the 1st service call of the day. The morning of my appointment, the called me and said “a more important client had an emergency.” So, they bumped me. I have used this company many times in the past. I was disappointed that they don’t hold to their word and other client are more important than the one they have schedule. Called another company. They are coming to look at my air conditioner today. I am a customer, and is Schibi wants to treat me second class, they don’t need my business.

This is the second business that I have used Schibi for a new system install. Being a restaurant owner in August leaves little time for delay! Within 24 hours Schibi had a diagnosis ,quote and plan of action to get us back up and running! Install was impeccable and value was great I highly recommend Schibi ! Market Street Grille
