I had Schlueter Plumbing visit my trailer a few months ago. The manager said I had a pipe leaking and the meter registered it as being a lot of water. Well he looked and looked but couldn't find ia leak anywhere. I had a run in with a popular heating company about a half a year prior to calling Schlueter Plumbing. The Heating company said my furnace had to be replaced. It would have cost me $12,000.00. I had a freelance repairman come out that was recommended by the office and he said I was being scammed. H actually worked with the company before. He changed the pilot lite and a few other things and it cost me $200.00. I was grateful. So I was nervous about getting ripped off again but the plumber couldn't find a thing wrong, and I told him about my experience and he took some time to show me ways plumbers could scam you. What a great guy. He could have charged me so much more but it just cost me the price of a service call. Thank you so much for your promptness, and honesty. It really meant so much to me. He knew what the problems were and let me know the approximate cost to fix them. When Joe was finished making the necessary repairs, he explained what he did and valve positions of off & on. He told me the PSI setting so it would not cause any issues with the water heater. I took notes to make sure I would remember everything and could pass this information along to any future home owners. Joe was courteous, professional, and personable.
