I ordered a/c furnace upgrade the crew that arrived was very professional and went straight to work. They explained step by step the process and answered all ?’s i had .The installation is working great! I’m very happy with the work done and performance of the a/c and furnace.I have had work done by this company before (water heater) and the job was excellent!
Does anyone want their AC to go out when it’s 90+ degrees outside? No! But when it happens, what you do want is an excellent group of people to help you make decisions and get it corrected promptly and that’s exactly what Dylan and the entire installation crew did. First of all I got an appointment within hours. Dylan, my comfort consultant, is an excellent listener and very responsive. He guided me quickly and confidently to the best solution for me ensuring that it could be installed the next day and even brought me a portable AC to ensure my comfort over night. Now that is above and beyond service. Joe, Mark and Jacob came on time the next morning. They answered all my questions thoroughly, were attentive to keeping my house and their workspace tidy and the equipment was installed and operating by afternoon. I’m delighted, there is a super warranty and affordable service plan! I recommend this company highly! Top Notch!
Kevin was helpful with determining the most cost effective approach to dealing with a reduction of freon in our AC system.. He reviewed notes by previous repair technicians, went outside over our steep hill to check on the condenser and suggested the most cost efficient option.
