I am very happy to be choosing Schneller Knochelmann for our new HVAC system. Zach visited my house, and his knowledge and expertise was very impressive. He is also really easy to converse with, and patient with the many questions I peppered him with. He knows the products extremely well, and can even explain the science of how the different types of equipment work. Zach is well-versed in the regulatory environment (with Freon laws changing), industry trends, and also with current tax incentives. As I told him, I am normally the type of buyer that won’t rest until I am certain to have found the best company, product, and deal. Well I feel very confident that I did so this time without needing to shop around. Everything he told me about their family-owned company and how they operate gave me great comfort.
I ordered a/c furnace upgrade the crew that arrived was very professional and went straight to work. They explained step by step the process and answered all ?’s i had .The installation is working great! I’m very happy with the work done and performance of the a/c and furnace.I have had work done by this company before (water heater) and the job was excellent!
Johnathan McGarr came out with an estimate and shared all kinds of useful information! Dale Belzer was out also and very helpful! Then I started thinking and researching and realized I could use a 4 inch wide filter instead of a 1 inch filter. These guys help me save $$$. Very polite gentleman and very helpful company to have do service. Being a ammonia refrigeration tech, all the residential hvac information I get is very helpful $$$$$$.
Caleb Steven’s was the technician who came to my home today to do a routine service on my air conditioner. He was prompt, courteous, and made sure that he explained what he was going to be doing and asked multiple times if I had any questions. Bonus, he made friends with my dogs! Dakota from Schneller Knochelmann came to do an estimate for a drainage issue I’m having in my backyard. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was very efficient with time. I was surprised at how fast Schneller Knochelmann got right to work scheduling my project. I received and agreed to the estimate on Monday and they already have the utilities marked and permits in place to start the work on Friday, the same week! Very happy and would recommend them to others.
