Shamrock Restoration recently replaced my roof. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions and concerns. They were able to remove my old roof and put on the new one in one day. Shamrock Restoration, LLC replaced my roof. The experience I had with Shamrock roofing was amazing! Rob O' Brien is an expert in the roofing business. The customer service that he provides really is truly amazing and worth noting! Not to mention, he is not afraid to tackle difficult situations! He also has a lot of experience working with insurance companies to make sure his customers get what they need to take care of their homes. I also like the fact that Shamrock Restoration uses quality materials when they are working on your roof. Shamrock Restoration is a certified GAF contractor who uses excellent products when working on your roof. The Shamrock crew tore my old 3 tab roof off in the morning and had my new GAF dimensional roof on before suppertime. Their work is absolutely amazing and I would have no concerns recommending them for your all your roofing needs The last thing I wanted to mention and truly appreciated was my experience working with Rob O' Brien was absolutely amazing! He is honest, forthcoming, and is no nonsense! If he tells you he is going to do something, he stands behind his word, and will provide you with excellent customer service. I like to support businesses that are customer oriented and works to achieve customer satisfaction. Rob O' Brien and Shamrock Restoration took excellent care of me during a very difficult situation They never failed to provide me with excellent customer service. It is very rare for me to write a review of any business but I have to give Rob O' Brien and Shamrock Restoration 5 stars for all they done to help me navigate a very difficult situation. Rob and Nate were so easy to work with! Communication was key for me. The current world we live in has many supplies on backorder (not Shamrock's fault!), but they were working behind the scenes and keeping tabs on arrival dates and communicating that to me. I could call Rob at any time and he always picked up the phone saying "Hi Amy!" and knew the status of things immediately. That made me feel like I was his only customer.... which I know I wasnt! I hope I never have to repair fire damage again, but if I ever need a restoration company in the future, I won't hesitate to call Rob at Shamrock! Highly recommend!
They handled the Insurance company claim, did a tear off, removed and replaced my domestic solar panels, and did a great roofing job. They also handled my neighbor's insurance claim, tear off and roof. I am having them do my Fraternity House roof
