Planning and executing a major remodel is a lot of work. Jeff Skinner from Shawnee Homes listened to my ideas, made practical suggestions, and worked within my budget to create a completely new home for me to enjoy. I am happy to recommend him and the craftsmen he used.
Jeff Skinner responded promptly to my request for a quote for a large window replacement and carefully measured the existing opening to insure that the order for the new window would be correct. It fit perfectly! The Shawnee Homes crew was great to work with and they were well prepared with tools and materials to complete the work efficiently. I would definitely recommend.
Jeff Skinner and his team were fabulous to work with! Not only did Jeff and his team do an excellent job on removing a fireplace in our house and putting up dry wall after, they also had great communication, showed up on time, were friendly, and extremely reliable. We used Shawnee Homes to remodel our kitchen 2 years ago. I was highly impressed with their work. Jeff was always very professional and a perfectionist! We were very pleased with the work that Shawnee Homes performed on our extensive 1st-floor remodel/addition. Jeff provided us with an accurate estimate and was always available to discuss ideas/changes. The quality of work was excellent and Jeff and his crew (Bob, Kenny, Dan and others) were always prompt, professional, flexible and friendly. We were living in the house while all the work was being done and they made that easy. We would definitely have Shawnee Homes do work on our house again.
