Justin came out to look out roof over after the heavy rain and high winds of the previous week.He spent half an hour finding the problem and then broke out his tools and fixed the issue. While I'll still need a new roof, Justin's prompt work today will get me through till the spring. On such short notice, I am so impressed with this level of work and his concern for his customers. I'll be calling Sherriff Goslin back in the spring when I need that new roof!
Sheriff Goslin did a great job on the new roof! From the estimate to the start of the roof work our sales person (Josh) made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process Josh reassured us that he will treat this project like its at his own residence and once we explained our needs Josh took care of everything from that point. The crew arrived early, stayed late and after the work was complete the yard was clean and organized like before they arrived. The new gutters with shields are perfect we no longer have to worry about cleaning leaves out of the gutters anymore. The new roof is absolutely beautiful this was well worth the expense and we are thankful Sheriff Goslin, Josh and his crew had the time to complete this project for us. Tom, manager, was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. He was late both times we met. I asked for a business card the first time, and he didn’t have any. The propriety shingles on the main house make it difficult to find other roofers to reroof the porch since other roofers can’t get sheriff goslin shingles. I reached out in April for a quote. It was quoted and I waited until August to try to schedule the work. I called to schedule and never got a response and no call back. I then contacted again in early October with another visit to look at the roof since he didn’t remember looking at it the first time. The quotes are all verbal. During the early October visit, I asked how long they are good for and his response was “whenever I change it”, which is unheard of. The price went up 12% in 6 months. Another roofers quote went up 2% in the same time for a comparison. Be sure to get something in writing, so you know what you are getting here. He left because of my “attitude” and I am now going with a different roofer that agreed to hold their original WRITTEN quote after 6 months. Use caution with sheriff goslin!
Justin and another young man came to check my roof for leaks... they were professional kind honest and cared.. i talked their ears off...i would recommend them for all your roofing needs! Great company from first phone call till they left my house...thank you!
Great company! I found them to be professional and most important, Honest. They have done several projects at my house and the quality of the work was great. Plus, working with Tom and Justin was incredible.
