I highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing. Kevin Murphy, our sales rep, was very personable and professional. We received quotes from several different companies and tried starting the process with two different companies before finding Stay Dry. Stay Dry had the lowest price options and were very thorough from start to finish. We were in a time crunch with insurance and were amazed by how quickly Kevin was able to get us scheduled for our roof and gutter replacements. As a mother, I appreciated how friendly everyone was with my two curious kids and how conscientious they were with clean up because they wanted to make sure it was safe for the kids to play outside.
We requested an assessment of our roof to provide an honest disclosure during the sale of our home. Trevor King performed a very thorough assessment of our roof, including an inspection of the condition of the roof, decking and an inspection in the attic for leaks. Of the three estimators that inspected our roof, none of them went to the level of detail that Trevor did. I appreciate the level of professionalism and honesty that Stay Dry provided in the assessment of the health of my roof and estimate. I would recommend Stay Dry for anyone looking for an accurate evaluation of your roof.
These guys were great to work with, Mike Hawkins set it all up and their crews came in and knocked it out of the park. The roofing and gutter crews were very respectful, very efficient, and everything was cleaned up well upon completion 10 out of 10 will use Stay Dry for any of my future needs.
There definitely isn’t enough room here to explain in full detail, the horrid experience I endured with these guys. After replacing my roof, my shed roof, and my siding, there were nails and debris left everywhere. I gave this company every opportunity to make it right as far as cleaning up the nails.. After telling me, they would send a crew out, one person showed up on a cold December day. This person Walked around my house a few times with a 5 gallon bucket, hardly picked up anything, didn’t even use a magnet. 🧲 I texted bossman (Edgar), he informed me that they couldn’t get all the nails. I just invested in a $50 magnet, and found hundreds of nails all over my yard. I will never forgive this company, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. They struck out on all three jobs as far as cleanup. I also had to patch a hole in my roof! That’s definitely not acceptable! Avoid this company at any cost! I regret letting them get involved! I wish I could post the pictures of all the nails and debris that I have picked up. People would sure understand once they saw how many nails were left for my mower tires, kids, and pets to pick up. I am still finding nails, I’m still not happy! This company had every opportunity to make it right. They failed! Yes, Taylor is making proper steps to resolve the nail problem. I will try to work with them, but they really left an awful taste in my mouth. The photos included are just some of the nails I picked up, since I purchased a magnet, last week.
We were very happy with the service that was provided by Matt Songer with Stay Dry Roofing! We needed to have a new roof put on our house that we were in the process of selling. He came out to the house and met with our insurance claims adjuster and they got the ball rolling on the new roof. He kept in touch with us every step of the way and answered all the questions we had. We really appreciated the great customer service! Thank you!!
