A few days later he promptly arrived at my house, flushed the heater, taught me a few things about how it worked, and saved me from buying a new one. He’s been in the trade for years and isn’t hesitant to share his experience and talents with the customer. Honesty and integrity are rare in todays world, but you’ll find that with Steve.
