We had an outstanding experience with Tamlin. Josh and the team removed the old two layer roof and installed a beautiful new roof in one day. Additionally, Josh was very helpful with questions and suggestions as we navigated the insurance claim process. Tamlin was excellent all around!
We used Tamlin for a full window, siding, and framing renovation of an existing room that was added to our house in the 70's. The room had considerable water damage with multiple glass sliding doors which provided minimal insulation due to seal failure. Tamlin was able to do a complete removal of the old, rotten framing and rebuild the walls to use double hung windows that seamlessly matched the rest of the house. They also did an excellent job adding new Hardie Plank lap siding, which we love the look of. They were great at communicating the progress of the project with us, what they had completed and what was next. The team was incredibly detail oriented to make sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome of the work from top to bottom. Now the room is comfortable for us to enjoy year round and matches the classic look of our home!

We are thrilled we called Tamlin! We live on a very busy street and were being awakened through the night by loud trucks and motorcycles so we contacted them about getting a better window. They explained in detail the differences in each window and told us what would be the best for noise blockage. It has made ALL the difference to go to a triple pane thermal weld window. We also feel no temperature difference when by this window as it is much better insulated. Thanks Tamlin!
