During routine maintenance, it was discovered that the blower capacitor was giving a below normal microfarad reading. The part was easy to replace and took 5 minutes. I was charged $287 for the part, which was already a $50 discount because I had a service agreement. I checked later online and found the exact part for about $7 with tax. I understand that companies have to mark up their parts, but that is beyond reasonable. I would even have been willing to pay $50 without complaining, but a "discounted" price of nearly $300 was unethical. I won't be doing business with them again.

Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He never hesitated to answer our questions or show us what needed to be completed and why,which was most appreciated. We had him come for what we thought would be a simple valve replacement however, a larger issue was discovered at the shutoff. I didn't feel ,as I've certainly felt with some other plumbing companies, like, "Oh, here we go! Add on the charges!!" I knew the job be done ,was being done right. Quality Company & Highly Recommend Employee!

I had a great experience and highly recommend them. I had a pipe burst in the cold snap. Their response time alone is 5 stars. The service was top of the line in quality and customer service. There are so many nice touches which elevated the whole experience beyond the typical cold transcations so common these days. I like how their digital system created easy to understand quotes and detailed records emailed right after the job. I will continue working with Thomas and Galbraith to upkeep my heating cooling and plumbing.

Brian W. our technician came out to our home on the coldest day of the year so far. Our furnace had stopped heating and he was able to diagnose the situation very quickly. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He wore protective booties over his boots due to the recent snowfall to protect our home. The response time was super fast. We called 4 other companies and Thomas and Galbraith was the only company that actually picked up our call and scheduled us for service. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our heating and air conditioning needs going forward.

I appreciate the fast response on initial reach out. Wasn’t expecting that. My wife was at house for 1st visit and install and said all involved were professional and pleasant.
One thing I am wondering about though. 1st person who assessed unit mentioned that they would re-do all piping from main water area above both units, that we had a leak so that’s why there was some calcium buildup. Also that the pipes were off as one unit received more water than the other. That the pipes needed to be level and not off set. The installers only did piping for new unit and not what the 1st person said would happen. I am not at all upset, you all did an amazing job and we are very appreciative. Just wanted to let you know so that doesn’t happen to any other of your other customers. Some might go crazy.
