The service tech was excellent. She quickly got to work. We agreed on a clear plan, then she went to work. She was replacing the main valve to my house. She was done in no time, and did a great job. We went over what she had done. Very professional. Then I paid. Reasonable, expected for such a critical part.

They did a great job installing a new Furnace and AC. They also added a duct/vent to the room above the garage to bring it more heat. Also replaced an improperly installed duct from the builder. Workers gave us a 30 minute heads up and were very polite and answered any questions we had. Only reason for a four star was their scheduling team. Workers and us believed they would out the next day to finish work and when they didn’t show I had to call and then found out that they were scheduled to finish a few days later instead.
Received an estimate for their 50 gallon water heater. I did sign up for their club membership (maintenance plan). Reason, value added. Factoid, I was a HELP club member in good standing for over 8 years. Part of my water inspection discover the "main pressure" valve needed to be replaced. Blind faith, paid over $900 for that valve and hot water expansion tank. Same inspection, HELP info me my 50 gallon gas, soft water, water heater was getting old. HELP club membership and blind faith to replace was over $2700!!! These experiences made me to "shop around." I found Thomas and Galbraith (T&G). I have a warm feeling that T&G will take care of my home mechanical systems. Fact, I am a honorably retired USAF member. Continue success to Team T&G!!!
Our Furnace died and no heat. The weather was so cold, all I could do is focus on getting heat and praying for this problem to be resolved as quickly as it happened.. It was freezing weather and I had my senior mother to think about. Thomas and Galbraith came out and took a look at the furnace and explained what it would take to repair. I asked for a quote on the furnace and a/c. Since my furnace was old and i had experienced a/c issues last summer. I chose to replace my system. From the start of the process with the technician looking at the furnace to getting a quote from the comfort specialist to the gentlemen installing the units. They were amazing.. Always on time to timeframe they stated, professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. True to their word. They answered all of the questions and put our mind at ease.
