Tri-County installed our first furnace about 20 years ago and we began having issues in December and so we decided to replace it. We were very happy with the longevity of our furnace and they also installed a new AC unit about 3 years ago. They have always been quick to respond when we have needed a service call and always very professional. We also have used the maintenance plan which has been helpful. We have been very pleased by the systems we have purchased.
My husband and I have had Tri-County Heating & Cooling service our system since we moved into our home 7 years ago. They are reliable and dependable to contact us in the Spring and Fall when it is time to schedule our routine service. The technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any family members or friends.
First called Tri-County Heating and Cooling to check my furnace and talked to them about replacing both furnace and AC system. They were very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. The week before Christmas then installed both units and everything has been working great. Very professional and respectful of my property. Highly recommend
I've had a service contract with Tri-County Heating & Cooling for over 25 years at my current home. I think that says it all! I wouldn't keep renewing it, if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Excellent professional and honest service on all touch points - scheduling, maintenance, repair and new install. Our 20 year old Trane AC went out about 10 years ago. We were given a bid for replacing our entire HVAC system. BUT (here's where you have to appreciate their honesty), the tech advised us not to replace our gas furnace. He said it was in excellent shape and could go another 10 years. He took his advice AND he was right!. We ended up proactively replacing the furnace 18 months ago. Our Trane system lasted so long because Tri-County did routine maintenance on it 2X/year for 20+ years. I highly recommend Tri-County. M. Williams
Tri-County Heating & Cooling has done our HVAC checkups for 12 years. We have had a few service calls for various reasons and they have always been out lickity split. They have always been nothing but prompt, friendly and professional. This summer we needed a new Furnace and AC unit. The entire experience from Bob in sales to the service technician was wonderful. They offered several options that worked for our size home and our budget. We couldn’t have been happier with this company and our new unit.
