Jeremy was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my issues and how to prevent them from reoccurring and in the end saving me money. He arrived on time and responded each time I called/messaged him.
Had True Plumbing come out to fix clogged plumbing. Long story short, they have poor communication, multiple "no shows" and didn't fix the problem. Had no issue taking the money though.... Do yourself a favor and call a real professional.

I called Jeremy Monday just to see if he could come unclog our drains in the basement and outdoors due to flooding. He said no problem and he could probably come Wednesday. Called again Tuesday because we decided to go with his service. He said it wouldn’t be until Thursday now (today), which was totally fine! He gave us an estimated time between 8am-10am today. My boyfriend took off work (a half day) just for him to come out. I call Jeremy at 9:36 today just to see if he was on his way. He asks me what time he told me again and said, “oh yeah I’m backed up from this current job and I’ll be there right after”. Then he asks if he has my address?! Then says he wrote it down somewhere. No problem, I understand it cannot be timed. I don’t hear back so I call again at 11:39am - no answer. So I leave a voicemail saying I am on a time limit and asked when he thought he would be here. I call again at 12:24 - no answer. I then message their Facebook page asking if they can return my calls. I finally decided to call another company and go with them instead. He just called me back at 12:35 and I was so frustrated I told him I’m just going with another company because he gave me an estimated time of 8a-10a and didn’t answer any of my phone calls. I went off of these reviews and how good they were and I wish I didn’t. I would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and horrible communication/time management.
Set an appointment for them to come check out my plumbing issue, and they were a No Show. I tried calling and also texting multiple times to see if they were running late or needed to reschedule, but never received any type of response. Ended up hiring someone else who actually showed up when they said they would.
