I had my roof replaced by the Weller Roofing Company recently, and the owner, Chris Weller and his team, were very professional and responsive. A small issue presented after completion, and they were more than happy to come out to discuss and to promptly take corrective actions. I am highly satisfied and would recommend their services. Their pricing was extremely competitive, also.
Weller roofing did a thorough, exemplary job on our roof. Ian & Kyle made a spot in their already full schedule to inspect and plan everything we needed. They came when they said they would, they and their very professional team did everything they said they would, and finished our roof on schedule. Polite, professional, value pricing, and very skilled - we will call them again, thank you Ian, Kyle, and John, the founder.
Going a month since i had one of their roofers come out to get me a quote to re-roof my home to use my refinance on, I have not received any quotes back from their office and have called several times and left messages and called the roofer directly. They have not returned my calls or provided me any emails for a quote. This has been a huge waste of time i could be having work done on the home, and also to the person who came out to inspect it. Apparently my business is not worth the time/effort to simply get me an estimate or call back
Weller Roofing installed my roof and gutters for a reasonable price. The service was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The company went out of the way to make sure the job was to my satisfaction from removing an old antenna and satellite at no extra charge to replacing my chimney topper that had been missing for years. I couldn't be happier with my new roof and gutter system.
Our organization was in urgent need of a complete roof replacement. Our building is an historical landmark and the original tar and gravel roof was a complete mess. I contacted 5 different roofing companies for quotes and Chris Weller spent hours with me walking through the job requirements and even more importantly what was NOT needed. He also bent over backwards helping us navigate the intricacies of getting engineering evaluations and city building department authorizations. Weller went above and beyond in getting our project pushed through. When it came time to actually begin demolition and replacement, Wellers's crew was efficient, professional and overall outstanding. They actually did a couple other things that weren't part of the original bid but were "just the right thing to do" to ensure the job was quality above all else at no additional cost. And they left our property cleaner than when they arrived! In my career as a Plant Engineer, I've been involved with several industrial sized roof replacement projects and I can safely say Weller Roofing was the best company I've ever dealt with. You cannot go wrong with these guys! 5 star all the way!!!
