Our AC stopped working, of course on a very hot week/weekend, and we were pressed to get it fixed considering we have a baby in our home. We called Wingate Mechanical and Michael was able to come out immediately and explain what the problem was. Unfortunately our entire system was worse for wear. Michael was very upfront and honest about the issue and made sure we completely understood the options available for our home and our price point. They were able to schedule us within two days for a new system install. Billy and Chad arrived promptly on time for our install. Prior to the install I received an email from Wingate Mechanical informing me of who was en route to my residence, the time they were to arrive, as well as a photo of who to expect. They were absolutely professional and explained our new systems to us. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, and absolute professionalism then look no further!
I called in the morning and they had someone come out in the afternoon. Every person I spoke with was very nice from calling in to the service tech Tyler. Tyler was very professional and explained everything very clearly. He was able to get my AC to come on again. Thank you so much for all your hard work. This house sure does appreciate you.
I really appreciate Wingate's customer service and professionalism. I called them at 4pm on a Friday, thinking there was no way they'd have someone available to help me at that time, and a technician was at my house within 40 minutes. Ty Hendricks was friendly and conscientious, and he was able to quickly fix the problem. I've had a great experience every time I've contacted Wingate, and I think they do excellent work.
10 months ago, I first needed someone to repair an outdoor faucet, I contacted Wingate and they sent someone over soon . The experience was good, the tech was very helpful who told me about their monthly plans .. As a nervous homeowner worried about home emergency repairs, I signed up for one of their monthly plans where I was assured I will be one of their preferred customers and in case of any emergency, they will help repair our issue as a priority.. It seemed a good safety net.. a business that offered heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services all..I had a peace of mind that I could call them if I ever had an emergency repair need, even though I had to pay 20$ monthly for their Silver plan ( 240$ a year) .. 10 months later.. I truly had plumbing emergency, frantically I called them to request a plumber to repair .. Firstly, no plumbers were available.. They said they will call back after talking to their plumber about when they can come over to repair at the earliest.. after 3 hours of waiting, I finally got a call back; the earliest they could send a plumber for emergency repair was 6 days away! Almost a week!! Talking to the customer care , it almost felt they had only 1 plumber! So much for the safety net.. anyone who had a plumbing emergency knows they cannot just wait 6 days..Truly disappointed , I always thought , signing up for their monthly subscription plan, they had your back when you needed them.. but I never been so wrong
Apartment heat went out and my first person I came in contact was Tyler and when he got my thermostat working, he noticed my daughter and went in basement to check and run a test for carbon monoxide. Told me my furnace was shot and didn’t leave until he got in contact with my apartment manager. Billy and Chad came the next day and got the job done, they were VERY RESPECTFUL AND REALLY CARED. They double checked everything, cleaned up everything. My baby even got a YO-YO AND Slingy. IF YOU NEED ANY SERVICE DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS !!!!
