Our experience with Zimmer was a 10 out of 10. They were very responsive and attentive. Knowing how hot it was I felt they delivered pretty quickly. I didn’t feel alone In the process whatsoever. Everything was communicated to me or my husband. We received great service With our new AC unit! And would highly recommend. We also received a technician to ensure everything was properly installed, and everything is working correctly. They were very friendly. RJ and Demetri were our install technicians and Dan was our main contact.
We have a 150 year old house and has been quite a challenge to figure out the best hvac solution. Chris was very patient and thorough in getting us various options and quotes that fit our desires and budget. After the install they have been great in checking to make sure the system is working well. I have found them to be very honest, hard working and professional. We ended up going with a Mitsubishi heat pump (mini split) system and are very happy with it. They are a diamond contractor and they spent a lot of time making sure it was sized appropriately and will last us a long time. We have also used them to service one of our older units. We got a $9k quote from Thomas and Galbraith but their technician was able to fix our issue in thirty minutes in just a simple service call
January 22, 2024 Friday, was cold this year. Of course one of our pumps to our boiler furnace went out. The home was cold in the 30's and dropping FAST. They had to order the pump, because they didn't have it in their IN warehouse and they were closed for the wknd. Mike Zimmer said it could take up to 2 weeks to secure the part and schedule an install. They met the challenge. They installed an older pump, recently replaced in another home, as a temporary fix. When the part arrived they did a SECOND install of the pump. We were billed for 1 service call. Zimmer Heating and Air went above and beyond for servicing our heating needs. The best value they offer is their annual service contract. Folks who provide service for boiler, radiant heat, furnaces are few and far between. These folks know boilers. They are top knotch for standing behind the furnaces they install, service and repair. We highly recommend Zimmer H & A. Thanks Mike!👍
I’ve been a Zimmer client for over 20 years. They have never let me down. I know from experience that they are honest and reliable and easy to work with. Chris was great at helping me find the right new system and following up throughout the whole process. My tech Paul was friendly and professional. He went around and balanced my vents so that the air was where I wanted it. Ha asked if I had questions several times and offered to show me settings in my new thermostat. My apartment is now cool and comfortable even though it is hot as blazes outside.
