My husband and I cannot talk highly enough about the customer service and service from the technicians we received. We had an old oil boiler that was well over 60 years old and had no idea where to start with replacing it. Dan and his team came out and thoroughly went over every aspect of what needed to/would be done and made us feel secure about the decision and process. Within HOURS dan had the parts ordered and within 3 days an entire new oil boiler system was installed! The crew we had at our house those 3 days were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. They made a stressful and overwhelming decision process for us easy and unburden-some—- we highly recommend Zimmer and their team!
The technician’s work was outstanding and his manners were impeccable. His work was efficient and it was apparent that he had years of experience. The technician cleaned all areas in which he worked. This was the first time that I used this company but based upon today I will employ them in the future. A job well done! Thank-you!

Our experience with Zimmer was a 10 out of 10. They were very responsive and attentive. Knowing how hot it was I felt they delivered pretty quickly. I didn’t feel alone In the process whatsoever. Everything was communicated to me or my husband. We received great service With our new AC unit! And would highly recommend. We also received a technician to ensure everything was properly installed, and everything is working correctly. They were very friendly. RJ and Demetri were our install technicians and Dan was our main contact.
I called Zimmer for no heat. Zach my service tech was AMAZING. He found out the cause quickly. Before he gave me my quote he checked to see if I had a warranty on my furnace which I did , went to receive the part I needed and it took no time for him to replace it. He was very thoughtful and informative throughout the process. 10/10 recommend Zimmer. I’m very big on customer service and Zach did a great job.
