If I could get up on our roof, I would shout at the top of my lungs… I love Zimmer!!! Every single time these guys have come to our house, they have been kind, honest, patient, professional, shown common sense, and are always there when we need them. (Over 100 degrees in our attic crawl space, and these guys are troopers!)
From the wonderful lady who schedules them to get to us ASAP, to Paul and Steve who came out today (Yes, two HVAC guys came to our house in the same day. They worked in tandem, like a true team!) They explain everything so well, and you just know they know what they are doing… Complete transparency and never a hard sell… just honesty! So totally refreshing!!
One more thing… Yesterday I lost a very expensive pendant in the fins on the top of our AC unit outside. It snapped off my neck, and disappeared into the housing. After Paul had finished fixing our AC issue, I mentioned losing my pendant. He opened up the housing, dug through the wet leaves, and found it for me!! I couldn’t believe he was so sweet, I couldn’t thank him enough! Now, that is service!! I am a Zimmer customer for LIFE!! Thanks again Zimmer!! You all rock!!!

Did your last HVAC service provider take you for a ride? Are you feeling very skeptical about something an AC technician told you and suspect they're ripping you off? Are you tired of unprofessional HVAC "specialists" pressuring you into purchasing things you don’t need? Just call Zimmer. They will actually help you and not try to take you for all its worth. Paid the $90 service fee for tech to literally drive to my house and take my credit card. Didn’t offer any solution but to charge more for a service that wouldn’t be provided until NEXT WEEK. Literally don’t understand how they even felt okay taking money from me after he told me “i physically cannot do any repair” .... make this make sense.
